Emily Keogh

Public servant, auntie, dog-mama and (apparently) blogger

When I was in university, my friend Gen's mom said that I was funny enough to be a stand-up comedian. Fifteen odd years later, I've decided to prove her wrong by bearing my soul to the interwebs and screaming from the rooftops "Comedian?! Never! Blogger? Definitely!"

(I get told a lot that I make myself laugh - and it's very true)

I'm using this blog as an opportunity to talk about health, mental health, fat positivity, body kindness, spirituality, relationships, intuitive eating and all the other things that are important to me in the hopes that some of them resonate with you. I gather that's called a "lifestyle blog".

If you are someone that cringes from secondary embarrassment, get ready because this is going to be a bumpy ride.
